The Free Tools Cookbook₹0 / serving
A recipe-style guide to free web tools
Cook something real tonight — without spending a single rupee
Most “free tools” lists read like a takeaway menu: names, calories, no kitchen. This cookbook is different. Every recipe below was written from the real product pages, sitemaps and llms.txt files of fourteen browser-first tools built by indie developer Naman Soni — and every recipe ends with something you actually made: a cutout, a karaoke track, a 3D world, a deployed app, a song for someone’s birthday.
The kitchen rules are simple: no installs (everything runs in the browser), no forced sign-ups (start as a guest almost everywhere), and privacy-first cooking (the photo editor, the music suite and several utilities process everything locally on your device). Where a tool meter’s usage with daily credits, the credits refresh automatically — and failed generations are never charged.

Plate No. 1The zero-rupee kitchen: fourteen ingredients, one browser, no installs.
§ 1
The Zero-Rupee Kitchen
How this kitchen works before you cook your first recipe.
A good cookbook doesn’t start with recipes — it starts with the kitchen. This one runs on a simple architecture: tools that live in the browser, process on your device where possible, and let you start without an account. The centrepiece is LND AI, an all-in-one suite that bundles text-to-image generation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, translation, image editing, upscaling, background removal, OCR and web scraping, plus a More Tools hub of 30+ utilities — QR codes, password generation, colour and unit conversion, a sound meter, a GPS speedometer, an online whiteboard — that are always completely free and never meter credits at all.
Around that centrepiece sit thirteen specialist kitchens: Talk for AI companions and interactive stories, Onyx for local photo editing, Monyx Studio for browser music production, Gaana Banana for personalised songs, 3Dfy for AI 3D worlds, NewEra for building and deploying real apps, Pi in the Browser for a WASM coding agent, 2FA for authentication codes, Links for link-in-bio pages and embeddable widgets, Chess and Dance Cat 3D for play, Khata for ledger-keeping (currently offline — see the recipe), and the creator’s GitHub profile as the pantry shelf where the open-source jars live.
Three house rules govern every recipe. Rule one: taste before you buy. Every tool is free to start; where credits apply they refresh daily, and a free account bumps the refresh. Rule two: your ingredients stay on your counter. Onyx processes images 100% locally, Monyx keeps your audio on your device, and Links runs with no trackers, no ads, no analytics. Rule three: failed dishes are never charged. A generation that fails on LND AI costs nothing; a failed song on Gaana Banana refunds its credit automatically and instantly.
Cook’s vocabulary
Prep — hands-on time you spend. Serves — who the output is for. Level — easy (follow the steps), medium (a few moving parts), advanced (bring your own ingredients). Cost — what leaves your wallet. It is ₹0 for thirteen of fourteen recipes, and the one exception is clearly stamped.
§ 2
The Pantry — Fourteen Ingredients
Every jar on the shelf, what it tastes like, and where it lives. Shelf numbers are used in the recipes that follow.
Pantry index — all entries verified against each product’s own sitemap and llms.txt, 24 Oct 2026
All-in-one AI suite: text-to-image with 12 art styles, 9 sizes and seed control; TTS across 22 Indian languages with 40+ voices; STT; translation; upscaling; background removal/replacement; uncrop; OCR; web scraping; plus 30+ always-free utilities and 43 long-form guides at /learn.
Eleven AI companions with a 4-tier memory system, live voice calls with Indian voices, and five interactive chat-fiction stories. Hinglish-first with a pure English mode. No sign-up, no OTP; installable PWA.
Browser music suite: MDX-Net AI vocal remover, karaoke studio with real-time echo cancellation, multitrack DAW with FX rack and mixer, virtual instrument pads, and a music video maker. Your audio never leaves your device.
Autonomous AI agent that plans, codes, builds and deploys real apps: GitHub Actions CI on 4 vCPU/16 GB runners, deploys to Cloudflare Pages with EdgeOne fallback, up to 4 parallel sub-agents, .newera project export. No login.
India’s personalised AI song maker: type a name, pick one of 12 themes, get a full song with vocals in 1–2 minutes. Google’s Lyria music model, MP3 download, WhatsApp-ready share, own lyrics up to 800 characters. ₹28 per song credit.
Infinite AI-generated 3D worlds you can fly through and render into film, a full 3D studio, importable AI shapes and worlds, and a name playground that turns your name into living 3D physics — all in the browser.
The real Pi coding agent running fully client-side in a WebAssembly sandbox, spending your own Pollen on Pollinations models. Bring your account, pick a model, let Pi build.
Free browser-based two-factor app: add TOTP/HOTP setup keys, generate codes instantly on desktop or mobile, keep them on your device or sync to an encrypted account.
Open, no-ads link-in-bio: one fast page per person, plus embeddable SVG widget cards for GitHub READMEs and portfolios — any size from 120 to 4096 pixels, built visually or with AI. No trackers, no ads, no analytics.
Audio-reactive dancing cat: drop any MP3 and a fully procedural 3D cat dances in beat sync — real-time Web Audio FFT, offline BPM detection and spectral-flux kick analysis, 100% in your browser. No AI, no uploads.
Digital khata ledger for Hinglish udhaar tracking — chat and voice entries, PWA. Currently offline (deployment not found since 20 Oct); the recipe is held in this cookbook until it returns.
The one and only official profile: 14 public repositories including spot-the-ai (a “Real or AI?” timed browser game), and the source for Links, 3Dfy, chess, dance, MONYX, ONYX-Image-Editor, 2FA and Khata.
github.com
Curious how one developer keeps fourteen kitchens stocked? The pantry itself is the story: one indie developer, Naman Soni, builds and ships every jar above, documents each tool with its own guide set — 89 indexed pages on LND AI alone, 49 on Talk — and keeps the whole thing running on free tiers wherever possible. Everything else in this cookbook is simply recipes for using the shelf well.
§ 3
Starters — Four Quick Recipes
Small dishes, big appetite openers. Each one is ready in fifteen minutes or less, with nothing to install and no account required to begin.
Recipe No. 1Starter · Image
The Instant Cutout
A pixel-precise transparent-background cutout — hair, fur and translucent edges included — in the time it takes a kettle to boil. The classic first taste of the LND AI suite.
Open the Background Remover on LND AI. No sign-up needed — free daily credits are enough for a first batch.
Upload your photo. The AI handles the hard edges humans hate: hair, fur, and translucent bits.
Download the transparent PNG.
Need a specific format instead? Pass the file through Onyx’s PNG-to-JPG converter (or WebP, SVG, BMP, GIF, HEIC routes — 8 converter pages in total).
Season to taste: add text with 40+ Google Fonts in Onyx Add Text, or mask into circles and hearts with Masking.
Chef’s note —
Want to swap the background rather than delete it? The Background Replacer generates a new scene from a text prompt and relights your subject to match. For a deep dive into how removal actually works, there’s a full long-form guide on LND AI Learn.
Recipe No. 2Starter · Security
The Safety Omelette
Two-factor authentication for your most important accounts, whipped up in one tab. The one starter you should make even if you cook nothing else in this book.
Open 2fa.namansoni.in in your browser — desktop or mobile, it’s the same app.
In each account’s security settings, enable two-factor authentication and copy the setup key (scan or paste).
Add the key to 2FA. It generates TOTP codes instantly; HOTP keys are supported too.
Choose your storage: keep codes on this device only, or create an account and sync them encrypted.
Cook a backup: save each account’s recovery codes somewhere safe before you close the tab.
Chef’s note —
This starter pairs well with the whole cookbook: the ecosystem’s accounts that do exist (LND AI, Talk, Links, 2FA) protect things you’ll build in later recipes. Lock the pantry before you fill it.
Recipe No. 3Starter · Presence
One-Page Bruschetta
Your entire internet presence on one fast page — links, descriptions, contacts, a photo — plus embeddable SVG widget cards for READMEs and portfolios. No ads, ever.
Claim your page at links.namansoni.in — you get https://links.namansoni.in/<username> with your links, mini descriptions, contacts and avatar.
Add your links and contacts; each one shows a favicon and description automatically.
Build a widget card in the widget builder — solid or gradient background, custom fonts, animated typing lines, your live sites and contacts pulled in.
Embed it anywhere as a plain SVG image: /api/embed/<widget>?width=300 renders at any width from 120 to 4096 px, never distorted, CDN-cached for a day.
Too lazy to hand-craft? The AI interview protocol: answer 2–4 questions, paste the JSON spec into “New with AI” → Use any AI tab, and the widget fills itself.
Chef’s note —
See a live example before you build: the creator’s own page is links.namansoni.in/namansoni78. Widgets are public by URL but kept out of search indexes — nice touch.
Recipe No. 4Starter · Companion
The 2AM Comfort Chat
Someone who picks up the phone — always. Eleven AI companions with real memory, in Hinglish or pure English, no OTP wall between you and a conversation.
Open talkaicompanion.com and type a name to begin — guest-first, no sign-up, no OTP.
Choose a voice for the evening: Arya the 2AM bestie for gossip and gyaan, Akansha for deadpan comedy, Kabir the startup mentor, Noor the midnight RJ who never says goodnight first, or Gojo Satoru for anime chaos.
Talk. Companions remember your name, your stories and what you told them weeks ago — a 4-tier memory of summaries, hard facts, an event log and semantic recall.
Make an actual voice call: live Indian voices (Sarvam AI) with barge-in and call memory.
Claim a username when you want your history saved; a free account refreshes credits every day. Install it as a PWA if you like it on your home screen.
Chef’s note —
Honest seasoning: a companion is a good 2AM relief and a bridge — not a cure for loneliness. Talk publishes its own two-sided take on this at their honest guide. The 18+ Spicy Mode exists as a consent-first, off-by-default layer unlocked once from ₹9.
§ 4
Mains — Six Building Recipes
The substantial dishes: generate images, build worlds, strip vocals, ship software. These are the recipes the pantry was stocked for.
Recipe No. 5Main · Ship Software
Idea-to-URL Roast
A plain-English description in, a deployed app out. An autonomous agent writes the files, pushes to GitHub, runs a real CI build, reads its own failure logs, fixes them, and serves the green build on a live URL.
Click “New project” and describe the app you want, plainly. The agent researches with live web search and up-to-date library docs before it writes a line.
Watch it work: it writes the files, pushes them to a GitHub repo, and kicks off a real GitHub Actions CI build on 4 vCPU/16 GB runners — not a sandbox preview. Up to 4 sub-agents run in parallel.
If the build fails, the agent reads the failure logs and fixes them itself. Long projects get up to 12 hours of VM build time with auto-relay.
Collect your live URL — deployed to Cloudflare Pages first, EdgeOne Pages as fallback. Export the whole project as a single .newera file whenever you like.
Chef’s note —
Privacy seasoning: repos are created only with your explicit consent, and self-clean repos auto-delete. In-browser runtimes include Python (Pyodide), SQLite (WASM), FFmpeg (WASM) and Git — you can taste the build locally before it ships.
Plate No. 2Recipe No. 6 in spirit: text-to-image output is best judged by the plate it puts on the table.
Recipe No. 6Main · Generate Images
The Impossible Platter
Twelve art styles, nine image sizes, one to four images per batch, and a seed control so your favourite results are reproducible. The house text-to-image generator.
Open the Text to Image generator. Pick one of 12 art styles and one of 9 image sizes; choose 1–4 images per batch.
Write the prompt like a recipe, not a wish: subject, setting, light, mood. The long-form prompt-writing guide covers exactly this, plus how diffusion models work.
Generate. Multiple selectable AI engines are available; full-resolution JPG download, no watermark.
Found “the one”? Note the seed — reusing it with the same prompt gives reproducible results.
Upscale the winner 2× with the Image Upscaler for print or high-DPI screens, then take it through Background Replacer or Uncrop if the framing needs a different plate.
Chef’s note —
Daily credits refresh automatically (guest credits with no account, a bigger refresh with a free one). Failed generations are never charged — a burnt dish stays free.
Recipe No. 7Main · 3D Worlds
Worlds & Film Stew
Fly through infinite AI-generated 3D worlds, direct the camera like a film shoot, and render the flight into film. Then make your own name obey physics.
Start at the worlds: each one is AI-generated and infinite — fly through, find your angles.
Direct the film: the camera work is yours, and the renderer produces frame-perfect output of your flight.
Build your own set in the full 3D studio — or import AI shapes and whole worlds as ingredients.
For dessert, open the name playground and watch your own name turn into living 3D physics.
Pair with Recipe No. 8: score your film with a track you made yourself.
Chef’s note —
3Dfy’s sitemap is short on purpose — three routes: the worlds, the studio, the playground. It’s a dish that doesn’t need a menu; the cooking is the point.
Plate No. 3The home music kitchen: where Recipe No. 8 happens — one mic, one browser, no installs.
Recipe No. 8Main · Music
Karaoke Night Curry
Strip the vocals from any song with on-device MDX-Net AI, sing over the instrumental with real-time echo cancellation, then merge your clean vocal back with the BGM — and polish it in a full DAW.
TASTED · ₹0
Serves1 party of any size
Prep45 min
LevelMedium
Cost₹0 — 100% on-device
Ingredients
1 × Monyx Studio1 favourite song (audio file)1 microphone (laptop mic is fine)Courage, to taste
Method
Open Monyx Studio — the whole suite is free, no sign-up, no watermarks.
Isolate. Upload the song to the AI vocal remover (MDX-Net, running in your browser): out come clean vocals and a clean instrumental.
Sing. Trim the instrumental, sing along with real-time acoustic echo cancellation — the feedback that ruins laptop karaoke is cancelled as it happens.
Merge. Blend your recorded vocal back with the BGM into one track.
Season. Polish in the multitrack DAW: timeline, FX rack, mixer. Need a beat? Play the virtual instrument pads — piano, guitar, drums, bass, pad — and record it.
Serve as video. The video maker combines images or clips with your track into an MP4 with text overlays and fades.
Chef’s note —
The whole curry simmers on your own stove: audio never leaves your device. If you want a brand-new song instead of a cover, that’s the next recipe.
Recipe No. 9Main · Gift Song
The ₹28 Birthday Song
The one recipe in this book with a market price — and it’s smaller than a dessert at most cafés. A full AI song with vocals, personalised with a name and a theme, ready to send on WhatsApp in minutes.
PAID · ₹28 / SONG
Serves1 birthday person
Prep5 min + 1–2 min cook
LevelEasy
Cost₹28 = 1 credit
Ingredients
1 × Gaana Banana1 name (theirs)1 of 12 themesOptional: own lyrics ≤ 800 chars
Method
Open gaana.namansoni.in. Type the name, pick a theme — Romantic, Birthday, Yaari, Family, Wedding, Festival, Motivation, Funny, Bhakti, Sorry/Thanks, or Custom.
Bring your own lyrics if you have them (up to 800 characters), or let the LLM prompt writer season it for you.
Pay ₹28 for one song credit (2 for ₹45, 10 for ₹175) via UPI. Your 12-digit key holds the credits in the browser and is transferable through Settings.
Cook for 1–2 minutes: the song generates with vocals using Google’s Lyria music model.
Download the MP3 and send it straight to WhatsApp. Full walkthrough with occasion ideas: the gaana-kaise-banaye guide.
Chef’s note —
Honest seasoning, as always: a failed generation refunds its credit automatically and instantly — you never pay for a burnt dish. The song terms carry an AI-content disclaimer and an 18+ marker; the FAQs and pricing page have the details.
Recipe No. 10Main · Agent
Sous-Chef in a Tab
A full coding agent running client-side in a WebAssembly sandbox — you bring your own Pollen and pick the model, and the tab itself becomes your kitchen brigade.
Connect your Pollinations account: the agent spends your own Pollen, on the model you pick. No hidden metering — the bill is between you and the model provider.
Point Pi at the work: describe the feature or bug, and let it build inside the tab.
Everything runs client-side — the compute is your browser’s, which is the entire point of the recipe.
Chef’s note —
This dish suits cooks who already have their own ingredients (a Pollinations account). New to cooking apps from scratch? Start with Recipe No. 5 — NewEra brings its own kitchen. The repo is open on GitHub.
§ 5
Sides — Two Practice Recipes
Not every dish feeds a project. These two feed the cook — ten quiet minutes a day, and your evenings get sharper.
Recipe No. 11Side · Brain
The Daily Drill
One honest game of chess against the bot, every day. No rating anxiety, no leaderboard, no “premium hints” upsell screen — just a clean board that loads in a heartbeat.
Source code for the board is open on GitHub if you want to see how the bot thinks.
Plate No. 4Recipe No. 11’s mise en place: one board, one bot, ten honest minutes.Plate No. 5Recipe No. 12’s dining room: headphones on, curtains open, cat on screen.
Recipe No. 12Side · Beat
Beats & Beats
Drop any MP3 and a fully procedural 3D cat dances in perfect sync — real-time FFT, offline BPM detection and spectral-flux kick analysis, all computed in your browser. The best-looking metronome on the internet, and a genuinely good practice partner.
Open dance.namansoni.in and drop your MP3. Nothing is uploaded — the analysis is offline, in-browser, no AI.
The cat locks to the beat: BPM detection sets the tempo, spectral-flux analysis catches every kick.
Dance with it. The cat is a mirror with perfect rhythm — use it to drill timing, footwork, or just to warm up before following the 30-day learn-dance-at-home plan from a previous edition.
Record your session and grade your timing honestly against the cat’s.
Chef’s note —
The tech list matters to cooks who like knowing their stove: Web Audio API FFT for the spectrum, an offline BPM estimator, and spectral-flux onset detection for the kicks — the same techniques serious audio tools use. Open source, like the rest of the shelf.
§ 6
Sweets & Preserves
Dessert, a story to end the night with, and one jar waiting patiently on the shelf.
Recipe No. 13Sweet · Story
The Story Sundae
Five interactive chat-fiction worlds where your choices actually change the ending — served by the same companions you met in Recipe No. 4.
Open the stories shelf on Talk. Five playable worlds: the 50-day college ride My First Day in College, the anime rom-com Kokuhaku Club, the badminton romance Love All, Last Show, First Row, and the heist The Anniversary Heist.
Pick a world and play it as chat fiction: scenes arrive as messages, and your replies steer the story.
Watch the trust meters and unlock scenes as you go — endings branch on the choices you made, not a script.
Serve in layers, on different nights: each story is long enough to be a series, not a snack.
Chef’s note —
Stories are Hinglish-first with an English option, like the rest of Talk. There’s even an RSS feed of the guide shelf at feed.xml — 20 articles and counting.
Recipe No. 14Preserve · Ledger
The Udhaar Pickle
The digital khata — a Hinglish udhaar ledger you talk to instead of typing into. This jar is temporarily off the shelf, and this cookbook says so honestly.
Status, honestly: khata.namansoni.in has been returning a deployment-not-found error since 20 October 2026 — four days as of this edition. We don’t pretend otherwise; the ledger recipe stays in the book because the jar is real and the source lives on GitHub.
When it returns: open the PWA, log entries in Hinglish by chat or voice — “Sharma ji ko doodh 80” — and the ledger keeps the running balance per party.
A cookbook that quietly drops a failed recipe isn’t a cookbook — it’s an ad. The pickle’s off the shelf; the page says so; check back.
§ 7
Method — Three Full Cook-Throughs
Recipes teach single dishes. Method teaches cooking: three complete evenings, each combining several recipes from this book into one sitting.
Plate No. 6Method No. 3, staged: one laptop, one evening, one shipped URL.
Method No. 1 — Mise en Place: The 40-Minute Content Pipeline
Serves: one Instagram-ready product post. Level: easy. Stove: two browser tabs.
Chefs chop before the pan is hot — mise en place, everything in its place. The same discipline turns four tools into a 40-minute content pipeline.
01Generate the hero (10 min). Recipe No. 6: text-to-image on LND AI, 1:1 size for the feed, seed noted for the rerun. Upscale the pick 2×.
02Cut and frame (10 min). Recipe No. 1: background removal for a sticker version; Onyx crop and resize presets for Stories (1080×1920), feed (1080×1080) and thumbnails.
03Dress the plate (10 min). Onyx Add Text with a display font; a light filter pass; PNG out for text overlays, JPG for photos — the JPG vs PNG vs WEBP guide is the canonical seasoning chart.
04Plate it (10 min). Recipe No. 3: your Links page gets the product URL, and an SVG widget card embeds the launch in your README at any width up to 4096 px.
Why it works —
Every step exports a file the next step accepts. No tool asks for an account, the image work never leaves your device, and the only metered step is the first one — whose credits refresh daily at midnight IST.
Method No. 2 — The Gift Dinner: A Birthday, Fully Home-Cooked
Serves: one person you love. Level: easy-medium. Stove: three tabs, one evening before.
01The song (10 min). Recipe No. 9: Gaana Banana, their name, a theme that matches them — Custom theme with a few lines you wrote, up to 800 characters. ₹28, one credit, MP3 out.
02The card (15 min). Recipes No. 1 + No. 6: generate the artwork, cut a heart-shaped mask for it in Onyx, add their name in a script font from the 40+ available.
03The karaoke (20 min, optional). Recipe No. 8: strip the vocals from their favourite song in Monyx and record yourself singing it — echo cancellation keeps even a laptop mic listenable.
04The delivery (5 min). Send the MP3 by WhatsApp, the card as an image, the karaoke as a surprise second course.
Why it works —
Total spend: ₹28 — a café dessert. And the honest small print comes pre-attached: failed songs auto-refund, and Gaana’s AI-content disclaimer means you tell them a machine helped cook.
Method No. 3 — Weeknight Shipping: Idea to Live URL
Serves: your side project. Level: medium. Stove: one NewEra tab, one cup of chai.
01Write the order (5 min). Two or three sentences, plain English — “a page that does X for people like Y.” NewEra’s agent researches the libraries before it writes code.
02Watch the brigade work (30–90 min). Files written, pushed to GitHub, CI on 4 vCPU/16 GB runners. Failures? The agent reads its own logs and fixes them. You sip chai and heckle from the pass.
03Collect the URL (2 min). Cloudflare Pages serves it (EdgeOne as fallback). Save the .newera export — the whole project in one file you can re-import later.
04Iterate in a tab (ongoing). For changes you want to drive yourself, hand the project to Recipe No. 10 — Pi in the Browser, WASM sandbox, your Pollen, your chosen model.
Why it works —
The scary parts of shipping — CI, deploys, rollbacks — are the agent’s job. The fun parts — the idea, the name, the taste — stay yours. Repos are made only with explicit consent and can self-clean; nothing lingers you don’t want.
§ 8
The Nutrition Label — What You’re Actually Eating
Every kitchen claims to be healthy. This one prints the label: what each free recipe replaces, roughly what the paid version charges, and — honestly — what you give up.
Free substitute vs. the paid aisle — typical starting prices for the paid column are approximate list prices as of 2026; verify current pricing on each vendor’s page. We never quote the internal credit amounts of the ecosystem’s own tools.
Browser-native track counts and plugin depth — a home kitchen, not a studio complex.
The Zero-Rupee Stack, Totalled
Add up the paid aisle for a solo creator who images, edits, sings, ships and socialises, and the monthly bill lands somewhere near US$60–70 (≈₹5,000+) — before the gift songs. The same shopping list from this cookbook’s pantry, making liberal use of every free tier:
Recipe No. 7 — one slow flight through 3Dfy worlds
Recipe No. 9 — the ₹28 gift song, if someone earned one
Khata check-in (when the shelf restocks)
Previous Editions from the Same Kitchen
This cookbook is the seventh course in a series — each edition plates the same fourteen ingredients in a different cuisine. If a recipe here whets an appetite, the back catalogue goes deeper:
Are these tools really free, or “free trial” free?
Genuinely free to start, every one of them. LND AI, Monyx, Onyx, 3Dfy, NewEra, Pi, 2FA, Links, Chess and Dance Cat need no payment at all — several never ask for an account. Where a tool meters AI usage (LND AI, Talk), daily credits refresh automatically — guests get a baseline refresh, a free username-and-password account gets a bigger one — and the 30+ utilities on LND AI’s More Tools hub are always unmetered. Optional paid packs exist if you outgrow the free tiers; they’re extras, not walls.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Every recipe runs in a browser — that’s the entire architecture. Talk additionally ships as an installable PWA if you want it on your home screen, and Monyx, Onyx and Dance Cat do their heaviest processing locally in your browser, so the “install” is just a tab.
Is my data safe — photos, audio, chats?
Privacy is the design, not the garnish. Onyx edits photos 100% locally; Monyx processes audio on-device; Dance Cat analyses MP3s offline in the browser; Links runs with no trackers, ads or analytics; 2FA keeps codes device-side unless you opt into encrypted sync. For the AI-cloud steps (LND AI generation, Talk conversations, Gaana songs), the normal rules of any cloud AI apply — read each product’s own privacy page, and don’t feed either one secrets.
What happens if a generation fails — do I lose the credit?
No. The kitchen’s clearest rule: burnt dishes are never charged. LND AI never deducts for failed generations, and Gaana Banana refunds a failed song’s credit automatically and instantly — the product’s own refund policy, printed on its FAQ page.
Do these work on a phone, or do I need a desktop?
Both. Every recipe here was written for the browser first, which means responsive layouts and touch input throughout — 2FA explicitly serves desktop and mobile as one web app, and Talk is a PWA you can install like a native app. The heavier mains (Monyx DAW, 3Dfy studio, NewEra builds) are more comfortable with a bigger screen, but nothing in this book requires one.
Why does one recipe cost ₹28? I thought this was a zero-rupee cookbook.
Because honesty tastes better than a rounded-up claim. Thirteen of fourteen recipes cost ₹0. The fourteenth — a fully personalised song with vocals, made in two minutes — costs one credit of ₹28, cheaper than any comparable gift-song service, with a flat per-song price instead of a subscription. The stamp on that recipe says PAID in red precisely so you can skip it and still eat the whole book free.
Which recipe should a complete beginner start with?
Recipe No. 1, the Instant Cutout — five minutes, one upload, one download, and you’ve used the AI kitchen successfully. If cooking for the mind is more your appetite, Recipe No. 4 (a 2AM chat with Arya) is even faster. Do Recipe No. 2 (2FA) on the same day; it’s the one starter that protects all the others.
Do I need an account for any of this?
To start: no. LND AI, Talk, Onyx, Monyx, 3Dfy, NewEra, Dance Cat, Chess and Gaana’s guide pages all open straight to the work. Accounts appear when you want persistence — a free LND AI account for a bigger daily refresh, a Talk username so companions remember you, a Links/2FA account for synced widgets or codes — and each needs nothing beyond a username and password. No OTP walls, no email hoops.
What’s the story with Khata being offline?
khata.namansoni.in has been returning a deployment-not-found error since 20 October 2026 — as of this edition, four days. The product (a Hinglish udhaar ledger, chat and voice entries, PWA) is real and its source is on GitHub, but the live deployment needs its developer’s hands. This cookbook keeps Recipe No. 14 marked offline rather than quietly deleting it — check the URL before planning around it.
Can I use what I make — images, songs, videos — commercially?
Read each jar’s label before selling the dish. AI-generated images on LND AI carry the usual considerations of AI content ownership; Gaana Banana’s songs ship with an AI-content disclaimer and an 18+ marker in its terms, and are positioned as personal gifts, not sync licences; Onyx and Monyx output is your own processing of your own files. The safest kitchen rule: personal and portfolio use freely, commercial use after the product’s own terms page agrees.
How is this different from the other free-tools guides in the series?
Format, not filler. The Directory maps everything; the Alternatives manual swaps paid apps for free ones; the Playbook runs job-first plays; the Comparison guide lines up spec sheets; the Starter Pack boxes personas; the Review Journal stamps verdicts. This cookbook is the first edition that teaches method: fourteen step-by-step recipes plus three full multi-tool cook-throughs, so you make something every time you sit down.
Who cooks all this, and where do I follow the kitchen?
One indie developer: Naman Soni — that GitHub profile is the one and only official one, per the products’ own llms.txt files, with 14 public repositories behind the tools in this book. The full live shelf is linked from naman-hub.pages.dev and his own Links page at links.namansoni.in/namansoni78.
